The launch of The Sixty wasn’t just the debut of a new, precision crafted luxury set of golf clubs. It was to be the relaunch of the Ben Hogan brand. We knew that the golf community would have high expectations and not just due to the premium price of the clubs but the weight of the name behind them. Prior to release a password protected website for curious buyers and golf fans was launched. Single user access codes were sent by request via the online landing page. This limited access approach was to help drive buzz as well as vet potential serious buyers from those who were just curious. Which was very important to do considering the very high cost of the clubs. (I’d tell you what they cost, but you wouldn’t believe me)
